• Attend scheduled consultations or cancel with appropriate notice
• Pay for booked services as agreed

4. Expert Services

Important: Experts on ReBuild are independent contractors, not employees of ReBuild. Each Expert is responsible for:

• The quality and content of their consultations
• Their professional advice and recommendations
• Maintaining appropriate certifications and licenses

5. No Financial, Legal, or Medical Advice

Disclaimer: ReBuild and its Experts do not provide licensed financial, legal, or medical advice. Consultations are for informational and coaching purposes only. Always consult with licensed professionals for specific advice.

6. Booking and Payment

• Consultation fees are set by individual Experts
• Payment is required at time of booking
• ReBuild facilitates payments and takes a service fee
• Prices are displayed clearly before booking

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• User Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund
• Expert Cancellation: Full refund if Expert cancels
• No-Show: No refund for user no-shows without notice
• Satisfaction Guarantee: If not satisfied with your first consultation, contact us within 24 hours for a refund

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ReBuild (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by ReBuild or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

ReBuild is not liable for:

• The quality, accuracy, or outcomes of Expert consultations
• Any decisions made based on Expert advice
• Technical issues, service interruptions, or data loss
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the consultation.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ReBuild harmless from claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
